Blotout

Blotout's next chapter: Managed Signal Service

For the past few months Blotout has been operating in part as a service company, with software included. Today we are opening it up: Managed Signal Service.

We now provide Continuous Audit, Data Engineering, Scaling, Signal Tuning, Consent management and growth hacking as a service, especially for health and wellness and headless DTC companies that are struggling in 2026 to scale up.

We work with companies that spend a minimum of $2M per month, and we let their engineering teams focus on what they do best: building CRO funnels and rapidly deploying product changes.

No software licensing. SLA and compliance included. All of it costs less than an engineer.

Who we work with

We are taking on customers in the H&W and HIPAA space who spend more than $2M per month. We can stand up everything from Consent to Signal Amplification to ID Graph to Measurement for less than the cost of an engineer, and you never have to worry about signal resilience.

What we learned running the whole stack

Organizational Chaos: four teams, one ROI gap

One of our biggest learnings is how often merchant organizations try to fit a square peg into a round hole.

This creates dysfunction that drives organizations toward cheaper tooling, and that is what costs them revenue.

What one stack made visible

Running the applications together has given us visibility into areas of optimization that were not possible using multi-vendor deployments. Our upside measurement across deployments suggests gains on spend-to-conversion metrics ranging from 8 to 60% depending on the merchant.

Upside measurement across deployments. The range is wide because it depends on the merchant. We are publishing the range rather than an average.

The service

Managed Signal Service: signal responsibility moves to us

When application vendors and organizations are constantly out of sync, revenue loss is the natural outcome.

Blotout's founding principles have been based on how the internet works and what is required for multi party protocols to work.

After taking on thousands of advertisers and embedded partners, we have observed that knowing all of the quadrants (legal, marketing, engineering and finance) and then bundling them is key for merchant organization success.

Dominantly, we are finding success with Blotout Consent orchestrated with EdgeTag, and a Segmentation layer connected with analytics to measure every change, including the ups and downs with ad platforms.

"Based on a dozen clients who moved signal responsibility from their agencies to us, we have seen:
1. Consistency of signal, 2. Business continuity, 3. Legal defensibility, and most critically 4. Continuity for business as usual."

What we launched in 2026

We announced before that we were becoming a platform, and that we were driving towards helping the industry understand that all applications can gain from each other if their context is shared, creating hyper personalization. In 2026 we launched the applications that make orchestration real. Each one works on its own, and each one gets better when it shares context with the layer next to it.
